The surgery is open and we are still here to help with your medical concerns .
During the pandemic we have been offering telephone appointments first, to help decide if you need to come into the surgery. But now, due to the increasing pressures of delivering the Covid 19 vaccination programme , and to deal with your problems quickly and safely, we are having to change our appointment system.
From Tuesday 8th December if you need an appointment with a doctor, or have an administration query or sick note request, we are asking all our patients to complete an online consultation request.
To do this go on to our website www.willowwoodsurgery.nhs.uk and look for the big blue box that says contact your doctors online.
Once you have submitted an online request the surgery will contact you, usually on the same day, to arrange next steps.
If the doctor needs to see you we will still be offering face to face appointments when appropriate.
If you do not have access to the internet, please hold to speak to reception.
If you do have symptoms of Covid 19, please contact NHS 111online.
If your problem is serious and life threatening, please dial 999.
Please only come in to the surgery if you have a booked appointment. You will be asked to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing.
