Opening Times

We run a variety of surgeries morning and afternoon, 5 days a week – usually as a telephone consultation with the GP, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse in the first instance.  Each Healthcare Professional is allocated 10 minutes per appointment and sometimes certain appointments may take longer, please be patient if the Healthcare Professional you are seeing is running late.

Please call the Surgery as near to 8am as possible and we will do our best to allocate you an appointment with the healthcare professional who will best meet your needs. 

Outside of surgery hours, you have a range of options available to you should you need advice or treatment.  

• Go to your nearest pharmacy and speak to the pharmacist: they are able to offer advice and treatment for a wide range of ailments.  
• Dial 111: if you’re worried about an urgent medical concern, you can call 111 to speak to a fully trained adviser. Depending on the situation, the NHS 111 team can connect you to a nurse, emergency dentist or even a GP, and can arrange face-to-face appointments if they think you need one.
• Go to Victoria Infirmary (Northwich): the Minor Injuries Unit is open from 9am to 10pm 7 days a week  

A&E and 999 services are for serious and life-threatening conditions such as heart-attacks, strokes, serious breathing conditions and serious accidents.
